Please note:
Ø Valid from 1st January 2013 to 31st December 2013
Ø Standard Hirage hours 08.00 to 16.30 and Twilight (daylight saving period) 17.00 to 19.00 * *Some noise restrictions exist
Ø Half day rates are 60% of standard hire and are from 8am – 12pm or 12.30pm – 4.30pm
Ø These rates are for events up to 1,000 people. Larger events are on an event by event basis
Ø Drifting events have a 10% surcharge
Goods and Services are supplied by Hampton Downs Group Ltd on the basis that a 20% deposit (non refundable) will be made three months prior to the goods or service booked date. Full balance of payment is due prior to the booked date.
Cancellation within the two month period will be billed at the full amount.
